Finally dead-old Church Ladies (sorry i have nuttn nice to say bout chi) nasty-old flop next door_has been rented. Frankly, i have never seen such a dirty place, in all the thirty-four (34) years I've been working as a self-emploied House-painter. I mean between four (4) to five (5) coats on every wall, plus six (6) on every square inch of baseboard; never mind the particularly nasty spots_where i simply lost count. And rthose window-frames... what can i say about those window frames.
LOL/ When i think how she had all that 'Jesus-signage' posted over all her wondow & door-glass, one should think i might be insulted.
And how she would always screem at me in the hall-way; telling me i was a pig, and pointing down to the floor_insisting that i pray for my soul...
But that's the point_isn't it. Not only was she compleatly-nuts, but it was so dark in there_she couldn't see eather. A true Christian-hypocrite wasn't she. And all that daily mopping of the hall-way stairs; almost as a cover-up/Really
What makes me sick is: Had i kept my apartment in such a condition, the landlord would kick my ass to the curb_in an instant.
Rather than him see any reason for such nonsence with me however, he pays me shit for the work i do for him, complain about my cat and patio-furnature_any time i ask him to repair my kitchen floor, and, has me traped into kissing his ass, because, when i moved into this place_it wasn't until ten (10) days later_when he came-up with the lease; writing all these new conditions in. What was i supposed to do...refuse to sign the lease and have him tell me i needed to move-out_before i even remembered where my socks were packed?

So what does the dirty-fuck do. Yea! I Said IT. He offers stories to the new tennants about me (someboby who works for him btw) all rather unflatering_I'm sure. If however, the two (2) brothers i met yesterday consist of one (1) of the two (2) kids actually moving in, he has gotten remarkably politer than he was the other day_when he came by with his girl-friend; though I'm not holding out much faith in her. And anyway, just now_comming back to my blog_from another room, the guy was out on the balcony_looking through the screen. As
